Terms and Conditions - Buying Insurance Policies

Online Transactions & Payments

When using QGIRCO's online services to purchase policies, submit claims, or make payments:

All transactions are processed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are subject to the rules of local banks and payment gateway providers.
QGIRCO is not responsible for payment delays, errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms of the underlying insurance policy and applicable QCB/MoI regulations.

Insurance Transactions

Insurance policies are issued upon receipt of all required documentation, verification, and successful premium payment, in line with Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulations.
Policy renewal notifications will be sent according to product terms, but the responsibility for ensuring timely renewal rests with the policyholder.
Claims must be submitted following the procedures outlined in the respective policy document. QGIRCO reserves the right to verify claims through supporting documentation.
